24 Oct: 1st viewing of the house
26 Oct: found my contractor CME Bouw
30 Oct: 2nd viewing of the house with my contractor
November '23
14 Nov: Signing the house purchase agreement
16 Nov: Starting my mortgage confrimation with the bank
20 Nov: House valuation by Mario Calma
21 Nov: Applying for "omgevingsvergunning" application to renovate
29 Nov: Visiting the "Waterlands Archief" for the original 1908 drawings of the house. It was allowed to take pictures
December '23
1 Dec: 1st conversation with the Studio S3 architects
11 Dec: Agreed with my bank on financing this project
14 Dec: Agreement with my architect
19 Dec: visting the house with the "Welstand Comissie", the
archictect and constructor to determine what is possible
January '24
5 Jan: The date that the property is mine
7 Jan: Opening party for friends and family
8 Jan: Start of the demolition and tear down of the inside
18 Jan: Asbestos... Expected, but a bit more than hoped for.
19 Jan: Agreement with asbestos removal company to remove on 9 Feb
30 Jan: Architect interior design agreed! its becoming great!
31 Jan: Handed in all material for the license to built
February'24
This month is fully used for preparing to start building
9 Feb: Asbestos safely removed and documented
12 Feb: MS Teams meeting with the Welstand Comissie and Heritage representative to explain my plans; To renovate the house to modern standards with respoect to the oroginal design. Fairly well received by the participants
15 Feb: Visiting the house with the Welstand Comissie and Heritage representative and architect for approval of my plans. A very positive conversation and a verbal green light!
17 - 25 Feb: Holiday - probably the only one in '24 for me...
27 Feb: The building of the interior has begun!
March '24
14 Mar: "Omgevingsvergunning" for the renovation granted!

29 Mar: Kitchen and bathroom picking, getting new idea's.
